You simply submit a request on the Web site or dial a 1-800 number to reach ExpressDoctors' call center. Next, you describe your medical needs (symptoms, medical history, allergic reactions and location) and the call center dispatches a physician who visits you in the comfort of your home, hotel room, or anywhere else within one hour. In the event that you would prefer seeing a doctor in an office setting, ExpressDoctors refers you to a local clinic or the closest available doctor’s office.
