The cost for an ExpressDoctors visit covers the cost of the examination and the diagnosis. Doctors, who bring all necessary supplies, can also administer medication for an extra charge. The average cost of ExpressDoctors' bill is competitive with the cost of visiting a doctor's office and one-third the cost of visiting an emergency room. ExpressDoctors accepts all major credit cards and an ExpressDoctors house call is reimbursed by most insurance companies.

ExpressDoctors works with a growing network of thousands of licensed physicians, dentists, orthopedists, family practitioners, internists, pediatricians, ophthalmologists, dermatologists, podiatrists, chiropractors and other specialists across North America. All doctors in the ExpressDoctors network are independent contractors.

ExpressDoctors ensures that every member of its physician network is a licensed practitioner by requiring all doctors to fill out a curriculum vitae. ExpressDoctors verifies this information by contacting State Agencies and the American Medical Association. ExpressDoctors performs an additional background check by contacting references and hospital affiliations. ExpressDoctors also ensures that all physicians have their own liability/malpractice insurance.
